About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Amazon, responsible for re-defining the way we detect and resolve defects. As a key member of our Andon Cord team, you will play a critical role in improving the buying experience for customers and helping to build and scale a product that accelerates Amazon's defect elimination impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Defect Elimination Strategy: Develop and implement a world-class defect elimination mechanism that enables easy and reliable downstream defect elimination.
  2. Product Roadmap Management: Manage prioritization and trade-offs of a product roadmap to ensure delivery of a great, defect-free customer experience.
  3. Strategic Issue Resolution: Anticipate and resolve strategic issues that impair the product/tech team's ability to deliver.
  4. Global Deployment: Work with teams in other markets to deploy solutions worldwide.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 5+ Years of Product or Program Management Experience
  • Experience Owning/Driving Roadmap Strategy and Definition
  • Experience with End-to-End Product Delivery
  • Experience with Feature Delivery and Trade-Offs of a Product
  • Experience as a Product Manager or Owner
  • Experience Owning Technology Products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience Influencing Senior Leadership through Data-Driven Insights
  • Experience Working Across Functional Teams and Senior Stakeholders

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $124,500/year to $206,000/year, depending on location and experience.
