In this role, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and guidance to clients. You will work closely with senior attorneys and have the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on construction defect matters.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings related to construction defects.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on construction defect issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop case strategies and negotiate settlements.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in construction defect laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of construction defect laws, regulations, and legal principles.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Strong oral advocacy skills and ability to effectively represent clients in court.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with case management software is preferred.
