- Rapidly acquire knowledge of industry trends, geographical factors, or market conditions to enrich our talent pool and communicate a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Offer insights and evaluations to refine cost-effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Leverage your sourcing expertise and contemporary tools to optimize talent pipelines and accelerate hiring timelines.
- Pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and improve candidate experiences.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
- Occasionally participate in educational institutions and industry-related events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience for specialized positions.
