Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the Spokane area.

Job Description

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the full employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and termination. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Managing the onboarding process to ensure new employees are properly trained and integrated into the team
  • Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Managing employee terminations in accordance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hotel or private club industry
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively deal with a wide variety of personality types
  • Ability to think and act quickly, problem solve, and perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor

Benefits

Full-time employees and their families are eligible for coverage by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees also accrue vacation time based on hours worked, up to a maximum of 10 days per year, and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
