Nursing Professional Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Professional Development Specialist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Nursing Professional Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in operationalizing tools, theories, skills, and knowledge of nursing professional development to improve the evidence-based practice of nursing staff on the assigned unit/department(s).
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and a minimum of four (4) years of acute care nursing practice experience. A PhD in Nursing, DNP, or ARNP is preferred, as well as a minimum three (3) year Program management experience within an education role and/or previous experience as a unit educator, system educator, NPD Specialist/Generalist.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
