About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads, utilizing multiple online resources and industry networks
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to source and screen potential candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their recruitment needs
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and provide feedback to clients
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
  • Participate in proposal development and pitch presentations to secure new business
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, with a proven track record of success in sales and recruitment
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools, including Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
  • A positive attitude, with a strong desire to win and achieve meaningful results
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, with a focus on business, sales, or a related field
