This position is vital for guaranteeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of flooring projects through meticulous organization and technical guidance.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Independently lead small commercial flooring projects from inception to completion.
Formulate comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, timeline, and budget.
Ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to defined scope and budget constraints.
Track project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
Conduct project meetings and furnish regular updates to all stakeholders.
Technical Guidance:
Provide expert oversight to ensure all engineering aspects are thoroughly addressed.
Review and authorize technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
Resolve technical challenges that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Assist in selecting materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting and financial planning.
Prepare cost estimates and budgets, monitoring expenditures closely.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce project expenses.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare and present financial reports related to projects.
Quality Control:
Establish and monitor quality assurance procedures to uphold high standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Address quality-related issues promptly to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
Maintain thorough documentation of quality assurance activities.
Provide training and support to team members regarding quality assurance processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
