Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training in flooring installation or construction management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial flooring installation, field management and/or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
