Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in the commercial real estate industry. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist in managing and coordinating all aspects of real estate development projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the project team, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Scheduling: Maintain project schedules and track key deliverables. Assist in arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Documentation: Prepare, manage, and distribute project documentation, including reports, permits, contracts, and change orders.
  • Budgeting: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing regular updates on financial status.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work adheres to company standards and regulations, providing quality checks on deliverables.
  • Issue Tracking: Identify potential risks and issues, track them, and escalate to the Project Manager as necessary for resolution.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, construction management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in commercial real estate, construction, or property management.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana), and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate regulations and construction processes is a plus.
