We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Director to lead an exciting mix of strategic projects that realize our Technology Services strategy, commitments, and business objectives.
As an Enterprise Solutions Director, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team and use cutting-edge tools and technologies, including industry-leading AI and creative software. You will be pivotal in bringing to bear the organizational adoption of changes, unleashing human potential to foster belonging and innovation, which elevate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale projects that drive process, people, and /or technology transformation.
- Proven success in managing delivery of large projects or programs with VP/C-Level visibility in a variety of challenging environments.
- Experienced in driving user adoption and acceptance within highly complex people, process, and /or technology initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years project management and/or management consulting experience with a solid background of project delivery.
- Experience in applying Design Thinking methodology to optimally drive solutions that tackle business problems keeping the internal customer at the heart of your project.
- Manage large-scale projects that drive process, people, and /or technology transformation.
- Proven success in managing delivery of large projects or programs with VP/C-Level visibility in a variety of challenging environments.
Estimated Salary: $65.14 per hour
