Paul Roca - State Farm Agency is seeking a skilled and caring professional to fill the role of Bilingual, Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a front office position focused on delivering exceptional customer service for a well-established State Farm Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)
- Must have or be able to obtain customer representative 440 license within 90 days of start date
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team environment and assess customer needs
