Level 2 Technical Support Specialist

The LaSalle Group is collaborating with an organization specializing in in-home nursing care to find a skilled Level 2 Technical Support Specialist. This role involves managing IT vendor relationships, handling contract and performance issues, and ensuring the safety and security of operating environments. Key Responsibilities:- Installation and maintenance of operating environments
- Proactive monitoring and swift response to technical issues
- Effective problem-solving and communication with clients and colleagues
- Training and support for level 1 staff and documentation of knowledge base articles
- Ensuring the security and integrity of operating environments
- Software and hardware updates as required
- Comprehensive documentation of reported malfunctions and response actions
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of networking protocols and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual who excels both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with current networking protocols and standards
- Hands-on experience in resolving connectivity issues
- Knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP routing, firewalls, and IDS/IPS
- Working familiarity with cloud environments like AWS and Azure
- Extensive background in team-oriented, collaborative settings
- Experience with ticket or support software (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows servers, VMWare, and associated hardware
- Certifications in Office 365, SharePoint, Citrix, as well as credentials like MCSE, CCNA, CCP-V, or AWS CSA
