Job Description

  • Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community-based settings, working effectively as part of a team to ensure high-quality care.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/BCAT/Behavior Technicians to implement treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
