Job Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints regarding billing or services, directing unresolved issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Achieve proficiency in delivering customer support for service-related inquiries within established timeframes.
  • Respond to inquiries about services and products; handle calls from customers regarding billing questions and service issues.
  • Assist customers with their needs and promote cable services to both existing and prospective clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process new installation requests, service orders for disconnections, and changes as requested by customers.
  • Investigate customer complaints and execute billing adjustments by entering credits or other modifications into customer account records.
  • Manage customer interactions via phone or in-person, processing orders for installation, service initiation, discontinuation, or modifications.
  • Encourage the sale of new or additional services.
  • Participate in on-site events that may occur outside of the primary location.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Preferred one year of experience in a call center, customer care, or related customer contact position.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Fluency in English; ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
