We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Line Cook/Sous Chef/Pit Master at The Smokin' Pig BBQ. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly established team and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality BBQ dishes to meet company standards.
  • Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of cutting, seasoning, and smoking meat.
  • Ensure accurate portion control and manage food costs effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Be flexible and willing to work day, night, and weekends as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of food service experience as a line cook.
  • 2 years of experience in a full-service barbecue restaurant setting for Pit Master position.
  • Excellent time management, cleanliness, and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
