Capital Sales Engineer

Job Summary
Morris Midwest, a leading distributor of CNC machine tools and precision machined parts, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Sales Engineer to join our team.
About the Role
As a Capital Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing technical support and training to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including regular communication and site visits
- Provide technical support and training to customers, including demonstrations and hands-on training
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and service, to ensure seamless customer support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the machine tool or precision machined parts industry
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines and precision machining processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
