Senior Processing Manager

Join fairlife, LLC, a leading nutrition company, as a Senior Processing Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing 24/7 processing operations, including kitting, batching, receiving, filtration, and pasteurization areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and develop staff to ensure a culture of zero losses through standardization and loss elimination.
- Lead and manage plant operations, overseeing strategic projects, initiatives, and programs.
- Establish and cascade Key Performance Indicators throughout the department.
- Review inventories and production plans daily with the dairy planner and scheduling manager.
- Sponsor key capital projects and commercialization initiatives relevant to the processing department.
- Monitor processing department compliance with GMPs, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Minimum 5+ years of aseptic or ESL manufacturing experience, preferably in the dairy industry.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, including root cause analysis, strategic planning, Lean, or TPM principles.
- Proven experience working with FDA/USDA and other regulatory agencies.
- Ability to meet production schedules with shifting priorities and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
The Senior Processing Manager will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with exposure to hazards, machinery, and confined spaces. The ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and reach/bend requirements is necessary.
Food Safety Requirements:The Senior Processing Manager is responsible for maintaining critical control points, aseptic requirements, and regulatory standards at all times. They will implement corrective actions and necessary changes after nonconformities or product deviations.
