Healthcare Customer Service Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers with questions about account balances, card activation, application status, Treasury guidelines and regulations, and internal procedures.
- Work to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience analyzing and solving customer's problems.
- 1+ year of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties.
- An education level of at least a High School Diploma or GED.
- Available to work 40 hours per week anytime within the operating hours of the site.
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.
