Healthcare Customer Service Representative

About the RoleOur Customer Service team is seeking a skilled Member Services representative to engage with empathy, connect with customers, and demonstrate diligent detail orientation when assisting with questions and orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specific health plan/partner details to customers, facilitating scheduling appointments with providers.
- Assist members with finance assistance through our financing partners.
- Process clinic referrals with Providers (Audiologists).
- Support customers with hearing aid supply orders.
- Take and make inbound/outbound calls regarding appointments and customer inquiries.
- Attend weekly coaching sessions to align with company initiatives, training opportunities, and performance objectives.
- Complete regular trainings on compliance, department procedures, and continued Insurance/Partner knowledge.
- Follow up on interdepartmental issues, emails, and voicemails.
- Customer Focus - Respond to immediate customer needs by following established scripts, services, or product offerings.
- Influence & Persuasion - Use scripts or routine talking points to invite action.
- Productivity - Meet productivity standards of the organization with appropriate support.
- Initiative - Act when provided clear direction.
- Planning & Organizing - Plan and organize own activities within a defined schedule or timeframe.
- Using Technology - Use basic IT tools or software.
- Quality - Meet quality standards of the organization with appropriate support.
- Accountability - Be on-time, on-task under appropriate supervision.
- Quality - Set and exemplify quality standards for area of responsibility.
