Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, manage inventory and supplies, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to our company values and lead by example, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive Sales and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth, including managing labor costs, controlling expenses, and promoting customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 1+ Years of Restaurant Experience: Required.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
