Job Summary:

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking an experienced Car Wash Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at our car wash locations.

About the Role:

The Car Wash Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team of car wash professionals, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be the direct influencer in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing team members who consistently provide an unforgettable customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members, coordinate the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation, and support the Team by providing direction.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies and enforce the proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
  • Operations Management: Monitor the store's level of performance, identify and facilitate opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency, and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
  • Business Development: Assist with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation, support the Team by providing direction, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Must have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Must have excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to read, count, and write accurately, work various hours, weekends, and holidays, and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Business Acumen: Contribute to the overall financial success of the store by partnering with the Store Leader to analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions.

  • Execution: Clearly communicate the standards of Quick Quack Car Wash and monitor outcomes to ensure everyone adheres to companywide policies and procedures.
  • Delegation & Empowerment: Provide clear expectations, involve others in developing plans, and hold team members accountable to customer service standards.
  • Selecting Talent: Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs.
  • Building Talent: Develop the team to ensure they provide outstanding service and are prepared for future growth.
  • Coaching: Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching, 1 on 1s, and individual development plans.

Eligibility:

Eligibility for this role requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver's License (not suspended or expired).

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour.
