Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Farm Bureau Financial Services. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for effectively recruiting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with hiring managers to conduct a thorough assessment of talent needs and gather relevant information.
- Understand and promote our employment brand, leveraging it in all aspects of talent acquisition.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other community events to provide exposure for our jobs and organization.
- Leverage recruiting system technology to communicate effectively with managers, candidates, and others in the hiring process.
- Be proactive in utilizing systems, social media, and other available resources to source talent and build talent pools.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent plus 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of the organization, with a strong preference for experience in sourcing/recruiting for technical positions.
- Experience in the use of social media and other networking methods to proactively source candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, including interview experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
