Job Description

Job Summary

The Experience Manager will oversee all aspects of the Design Center, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers, trade professionals, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of the appliance industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Design Center team, including Kitchen & Design Center Specialists, Culinary Team, and Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing programs to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and dealer network to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage the Design Center budget and ensure best-in-class hospitality service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with designers, architects, builders, and developers.
  • Oversee hosted meetings and receptions for professional trade organizations.
  • Attend trade events to build relationships with local and regional trade organizations.
  • Answer public inquiries generated by the brand websites.
  • Consult with Corporate managers on national-level events, meetings, or programs.
  • Source and negotiate program vendors.
  • Interface with executive management for reporting and planning purposes.
  • Supervise EDC Sales Consultants in scheduling appointments, tracking, and converting leads.
  • Manage EDC expense reporting and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role, with 3-5 years in marketing and/or sales.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a showroom setting or office management.
  • Ability to manage a multi-million dollar budget.
  • Knowledge of kitchen appliances and ability to demo products effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Travel percentage: 10%.
