At 7 Leaves Cafe, we're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers with empathy and understanding, ensuring their needs are met through clear communication
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare beverages to company recipes and customer specifications
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including security and equipment handling
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members
  • Perform tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift at least 45 lbs regularly
  • Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required
  • Collaborative work style and positive team attitude
  • Basic math skills and flexibility to perform various tasks
  • Capacity to learn quickly and follow instructions
  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
