Position Overview: Arhaus is seeking a Senior Analyst specializing in Enterprise Systems, who possesses a robust background in both Information Technology and Business Management. This role is pivotal in improving the quality of IT services and products, leveraging data analytics to guide business strategies, and identifying technological solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a crucial link between the IT department and business stakeholders.
  • Act as a reliable information source and communicator across various business units.
  • Grasp strategic business requirements and growth initiatives.
  • Enhance the quality and effectiveness of IT products and services.
  • Analyze the architecture of technical systems and business frameworks.
  • Utilize IT data to derive actionable business insights.
  • Prepare and deliver communications tailored to diverse technical audiences.
  • Conduct formal requirements gathering.
  • Engage in Business Process Analysis, Mapping, and Documentation.
  • Configure systems to meet specific business needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Collaborate with and oversee international consultants and developers on project assignments.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail, supply chain, or product management.
  • Strong expertise in implementing and developing systems while adhering to best practices, including in-depth knowledge of database relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and technology partners.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues across all departments and management levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred experience with systems such as Precisely (EnterWorks/Winshuttle) Product Information System, Salesforce, Freshservice, EDI, and ERP (Storis preferred).
  • Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Ensure optimal functionality of relevant business systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Respond promptly to urgent requests for data analysis from management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to address business challenges through technological solutions.
  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement.
