- Serve as a bridge between the IT department and business stakeholders.
- Act as a primary information source and communicator across various business units.
- Comprehend strategic business objectives and plans for expansion.
- Enhance the quality and effectiveness of IT products and services.
- Analyze the architecture of technical systems and business models.
- Utilize IT data to derive valuable business insights.
- Prepare and deliver communications tailored to diverse audiences with varying technical expertise.
- Conduct formal requirements gathering.
- Perform business process analysis, mapping, and documentation.
- Configure systems to align with business requirements.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Collaborate with and oversee international consultants and developers on project tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, supply chain, and/or product management.
- Strong expertise in implementing and developing best practices, with in-depth knowledge of database relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and technology partners.
- Effectively communicate with employees across all departments and management levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with systems such as Precisely (EnterWorks/Winshuttle) Product Information System, Salesforce, Freshservice, EDI, and ERP (Storis preferred) is desirable.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Ensure optimal performance of relevant business systems.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and data analysis requests from management.
- Collaborate with project teams to address business challenges with technological solutions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
