Position Overview

Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage and optimize our hybrid cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in system administration, particularly in environments utilizing Windows, Azure, and O365.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system administration tasks across various platforms.
  • Manage and support enterprise applications, including iManage Work, Office 365 Email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Oversee server management in physical, virtual, and cloud settings, including workload migrations.
  • Utilize automation tools and PowerShell scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct complex data analysis using tools such as PowerBI.
  • Ensure compliance with major standards, including HIPAA and SOC2.
  • Administer Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019) and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows 10 systems.
  • Support endpoint computing solutions, including PCs, Citrix XenApp, and VDI.
  • Implement O365 Security and Compliance measures.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of security practices, networking concepts, and remediation techniques.
  • Manage remote access solutions and infrastructure applications such as Varonis, CyberArk, Qualys, Microsoft SCOM/SCCM, Microsoft Defender, Forcepoint, and VMware.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Cyber Security.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Systems Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise applications.
  • Azure and O365 certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
