Senior Pricing Analyst

Arcfield is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to lead the development of proposal pricing and cost volume deliverables in accordance with technical, management, and cost specifications of on-contract proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Proposal Pricing and Cost Estimation: Develop and present cost proposal financial data for review by management, ensuring compliance with customer Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Pricing Reviews and Guidance: Facilitate pricing reviews and provide pricing guidance to proposal and capture teams to ensure that pricing strategy is completed in accordance with disclosure statements.
- Cost/Price Modeling: Create cost/price models for cost estimating elements and determine material, labor, and/or overhead costs relating to contractual efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Operate successfully in a fast-paced proposal environment, coordinating and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams, to deliver accurate on-time pricing data and exhibits.
- Cost Data Collection: Collect cost data from program operations representatives, subcontractors, and vendors, and compute cost estimates of raw materials or subcontracted work and labor.
- Financial Data Presentation: Develop and present cost proposal financial data for review by management, including summary and P&L sheets for executive leadership presentation.
- Audit Support: Support audit requests, fact-finding, and negotiation discussions as required, and maintain audit files.
- Regulatory Compliance: Remain current on Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and contract types, including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, IDIQ, and Time and Materials (T&M).
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or MS 6-8 years of relevant experience, or PhD 3-5 years of relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
- Clearance: Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Skills and Abilities: Advanced MS Excel/modeling skills, ability to comprehend processes and learn new systems and tools, ability to work independently and solve problems, experience collaborating in a team environment, and excellent communication skills.
