Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $102,400 to $184,800, inclusive of target incentives. The base pay range is $61,440 to $110,880, with the actual starting pay varying based on factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
Job Description
This role involves generating leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. You will analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile's products and services. Your primary objective is to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Task Management: Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Negotiation: Effective negotiating and closing skills.
- Proposal Writing: Experience preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
