Job Title: PRN Crisis Response Counselor

At Youth Villages, we are dedicated to helping children and families in crisis. As a PRN Crisis Response Counselor, you will play a critical role in providing mobile crisis response and thorough, strength-based assessments of children and families in crisis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mobile crisis response and thorough, strength-based assessments of children and families in crisis
  • Utilize crisis respite homes when appropriate
  • Provide ongoing treatment and intervention to maintain the family's stability
  • Collaborate with Counselors, RNs, Mental Health professionals, and Educators to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology)
  • Experience working with children and families in crisis
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
