About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Care Specialist to join our team at Yellowstone Landscape Group. This dynamic and rewarding position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional client service and be part of a growing business that values its employees.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and production staff to ensure quality work is performed to client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals for landscape and snow services.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clientele through regular site visits and proactive communication.
  • Produce professionally-written proposals and communications for internal use.
  • Review specifications and contract documentation for each project.
  • Anticipate problems and suggest solutions to avoid customer complaints.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual with an Associate's Degree and 3-5 years of previous sales experience. Prior landscape operations management experience is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. A passion for service excellence and superb communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Requirements
  • Associate's Degree required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of previous sales experience.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and complete numerous activities simultaneously.
  • Capacity to drive to all work sites and conduct tours and visual inspections of the landscape.
  • Prior landscape operations management experience required.
  • A passion for service excellence.
  • Superb professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Horticultural knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
