We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Amera Trail. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to maximize growth potential within the region.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and acquire new customers, and up-sell to existing ones.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard new sales team members.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
