We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Amera Trail. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard new sales team members.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
