Role Overview
As a pivotal member of our team, the Client Service Representative is essential in establishing a welcoming atmosphere, fostering trust and confidence among our clientele. The responsibilities include:
- Customer Interaction: Greeting clients, managing phone inquiries, and escorting clients and their pets to examination areas.
- Appointment Management: Scheduling and confirming visits to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Follow-Up Communication: Conducting outbound calls for client follow-ups and outreach to potential clients.
- Financial Transactions: Presenting service fees and processing payments efficiently.
- Product and Service Recommendations: Assisting clients in selecting and obtaining necessary products and services, including prescriptions.
- Client Education: Providing information on products and services, as well as guidance on general pet care and wellness.
- Record Management: Overseeing medical records, reports, and correspondence.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensuring the hospital environment is clean and orderly, including basic maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Empathy for both pets and their owners, with an understanding of their needs.
- Effective decision-making abilities to address various situations.
- Capability to assimilate new information for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability for evening shifts and rotating Saturdays.
