Job Title: Bilingual Operations Coordinator

At Repeat Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing high-level support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication services across business units
  • Prepare and present reports, including organization charts, resource reports, and other special reports as required
  • Maintain accurate storage and retrieval of all resource communications data and business metrics
  • Review and analyze contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements
  • Develop and implement project and work breakdown structures
  • Establish and document business processes
  • Oversee resource transactions and provide assistance as needed
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business leaders
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on vendor management systems
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and coordinating with the GA & IT teams

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
  • Bilingual (English/Korean) required
  • Advanced ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Expert ability to maintain confidentiality and organize information
  • Basic ability in event planning, budgeting, and other related tasks
  • Advanced ability with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience required
