Job Description

Theatre Operations Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organizational and leadership skills. As a Theatre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise theatre staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
  • Maintain facilities and equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, facilities, and operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
