Theatre Operations Manager
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organizational and leadership skills. As a Theatre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise theatre staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- Maintain facilities and equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a hospitality or entertainment industry
- Proven track record of success in managing staff, facilities, and operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
