Medical Support Associate

The Clinical Operations Specialist works as part of the medical office team at Midtown Health Center, performing clinical and clerical duties under the general supervision of the Nursing Manager. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and vaccines, documenting all procedures in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Inventory Management: Responsible for managing the agency's medication inventory, including supply ordering, distribution, and disposal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Clinical Services: Provide high-quality patient care, verifying patient information, taking vital signs, and assisting healthcare providers during examinations.
- Environmental Maintenance: Ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control protocols and regulations.
- Certification: Medication Aide Certification is required, with current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification also necessary.
- Education and Experience: Two years of experience in a medical office or related field are preferred, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work purposes.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data entry, and electronic health records systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
