About the Role
As an Infant and Toddler Educator at The Educational Alliance Inc., you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education in New York. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and engaging learning environment for children under the age of three, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

You will work closely with lead teachers and other staff members to develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring that each child receives individualized attention and support. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and shared purpose.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of each child, aligned with the overall philosophy of our 14Y Early Childhood Programs.
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to ensure seamless transitions, routines, and small group activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.
