About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at SumnerOne. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Account Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, identifying and pursuing avenues for business growth and collaborating closely with the sales department to achieve collective goals.
  • Sales and Business Development: Uncover exciting new business opportunities, using CRM platforms and attending industry events to maximize outreach and drive sales growth.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Address customer inquiries and provide expert guidance and solutions, utilizing strong analytical skills to solve client challenges and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous success in a sales or lead generation role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance targets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • CRM and Sales Tools: Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to optimize client interactions and track progress, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
