Job Title: Outside Sales Territory Manager

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Territory Manager. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent ASGCO with a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Increase sales and market share for all of ASGCO's products and services in the territory.
  • Call on target end-users to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, service, and sales are being achieved.
  • Work with local customers to identify, quote, engineer, and close product solution and service sales.
  • Perform conveyor inspections/surveys/audits and maintenance training at end-user customer plant locations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist with customer installations of our products to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with and coordinate vendor resources to build relationships with support sales.
  • Maintain an excellent safety record.
  • Maintain and update our CRM program and submit weekly schedules, call reports, and expense reports on a timely basis.
