About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at CONMED Corporation. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Gastroenterology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are equipped to use our products effectively
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (Medical Device Preferred)
  • 6+ years of outside sales, surgical tech, or related clinical experience required
  • Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative
