Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Spring Leasing and Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and external partners
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
