Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the standardization and improvement of financial processes across the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between Global Process Coordination, various Controlling functions, IT departments, and other business units.
  • Lead significant finance-related projects with an international perspective.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members while analyzing and optimizing existing workflows.
  • Design and implement new processes, including reconciliation, documentation, testing, and training.
  • Enhance the CO/FI-IT system framework.
  • Advise regional entities on global Finance and Controlling processes within SAP.
  • Collaborate with teams involved in MM, SD, and PP.
  • Serve as a team member or leader for regional FI/CO initiatives.
  • Guide junior colleagues and oversee larger projects, which may involve scheduling, performance management, and process recommendations.
  • Specialize in either Finance or Controlling, focusing on production or sales.
  • Consult with group companies to ensure knowledge transfer and provide training on controlling-related processes.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in Finance processes, ideally in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of process analysis, management, and governance.
  • Experience in international projects and working across cultures.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in SAP FI/AM, with knowledge of CO, SD, MM, or Concur being advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
