Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Direct and manage IT initiatives associated with healthcare software, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and various clinical systems. Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within defined parameters, and adhere to quality benchmarks. Collaborate with diverse teams, including software developers, healthcare providers, and business partners.
Microsoft Solutions Management:
Supervise ongoing projects related to Active Directory (AD) and SharePoint. Utilize Microsoft technologies to improve healthcare workflows and processes. Keep abreast of the latest Microsoft product developments and industry best practices.
Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate closely with external vendors and partners. Assess vendor proposals, negotiate agreements, and track performance metrics. Ensure the smooth integration of vendor solutions into current healthcare systems.
Change Management Facilitation:
Develop and implement strategies for managing change related to technology adoption. Conduct training sessions and effectively communicate changes to end-users. Address any resistance to change and foster a supportive transition.
Communication with Stakeholders:
Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Provide consistent project updates, status reports, and address any inquiries. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
PMP certification is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (AD, SharePoint, etc.) is essential.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting and work effectively with diverse teams.
