As an RBT, you will work closely with students, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role is essential in helping students with behavioral challenges achieve academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioral and developmental challenges.
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.

Requirements:
