Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Health Information Management Specialist to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a key member of our electronic health record (EHR) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records.

Responsibilities
  • Prep, scan, and index medical records to meet turnaround-time and quality standards
  • Perform quality checks on documentation received from clinical departments
  • Maintain scanners and report hardware and software scanning equipment problems
  • Provide weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Health Information Management experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
