At Franklin Fitch, we are seeking a highly skilled Information Security and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our information security policies and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with security regulations and industry standards, such as HIPAA and ISO 27001, to ensure our organization remains secure and compliant.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with our IT department and other stakeholders to ensure the security of our systems and data.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, trends, and regulatory changes to ensure our organization remains secure and compliant.
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees on security best practices to ensure a culture of security within our organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries and incidents, providing timely and effective responses to ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare and present security and compliance reports to senior management to ensure they are informed and up-to-date on our security posture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
