Customer Relationship Specialist

Aaron's is a leading sales and lease-to-own retail company that offers quality brand names and superior customer service. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Accounts Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product.
- Build strong relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain updated customer information in our store computer system and document all customer payment appointments.
- Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments and assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record) in the United States or at least 18 years old in Canada.
- Ability to work a schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm and lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly.
- Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A competitive hourly rate ranging from $14.25 to $15.00, with opportunities for incentive pay based on performance.
