We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia. As part of this role, you will be responsible for representing top-tier energy clients focused on renewable and fossil energy, with opportunities to scale nationally and grow professionally.

This is an ON-SITE POSITION, offering a unique chance to work closely with colleagues and contribute to the success of our clients. Lakewinds Global Inc provides customized solutions, bringing expertise in SalesForce Training, Management Consulting, Marketing Campaigns, Event and Retail Sales, Market Research, and Leadership Coaching.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and adaptability are essential for dealing with diverse customer needs and providing timely follow-ups.

The salary for this position is $47,840 per year, including cash bonuses based on performance. Bonuses will be earned by demonstrating positive impact on customer satisfaction, substantial improvement to existing processes, or measurable increases in revenues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products to answer customer inquiries confidently.
