Banker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Banker to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This includes introducing customers to digital banking services, collaborating with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking, and making outbound calls to acquire new customers.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales and customer service experience, a high school degree or equivalent, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of building relationships and recommending products and services is essential.

The estimated salary range for this role is $23.30 - $28.12 per hour. Please note that actual salaries may vary based on location and other factors.
