Job Title: Residential Support Coordinator

The Hildebrand organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Support Coordinator to join their team. This role will be responsible for promoting a clean, harmonious, and welcoming living environment in the congregate shelter. The coordinator will oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility during assigned work periods, conducting regular checks and ensuring that each family has a safe, clean, and adequately furnished room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and model a positive living environment, supporting the overall safety and well-being of families in residence.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of re-housing plans to assist families in achieving independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and other activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge on program functions and required skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in Human Services or Residential Program settings preferred.
  • Ability to work well with clients, family members, and colleagues; ensure client confidentiality and professionalism.
  • CPR/SFA certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Bilingual Haitian Creole or Spanish a plus.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
